U-1 FSC

RECOMMENDED DURATION.

FCS use requires systemic approach in order to achieve a stable effect. General usage schemes are shown below, depending on the goals.

1. Prophylaxis and general cardiovascular system strengthening:

• Minimum course: 14–21 days (use daily 1–2 times a day in 20–30 minutes sessions).
• Optimum course: 1–3 months with 7–10 days break between cycles.

2. Support in case of chronic diseases (hypertension, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease):

• Basic course: 1–2 months (2–3 times a day in 30–40 minutes sessions).
• Supporting therapy: 3–6 months with alternating different FCSs.
• Regimen:
  • Morning — for the pressure normalization.
  • Day — for the stress load lowering.
  • Evening — for the sleep improvement and restoration.

3. Rehabilitation after heart attacks, strokes, and surgeries:

• Intensive course: 2–3 months (3–4 times a day in 30–60 minutes sessions).
• In addition:
  • Use FSCs during healing physical trainings and physiotherapy.
  • Put a plate at the postoperative sutures area (if there are no contraindications).
  • After stabilization: switch at the supporting mode (1–2 times a day).

4. Acute conditions (pressure surges, arrhythmia, stress)

• Emergency use: up to the state stabilization (from 15 minutes up to 2 hours continuously).
• Subsequent correction: 3–5 days 3–4 sessions a day in order to consolidate the effect.

5. Sports activities and an active lifestyle

• Prior to training: 15–20 minutes in order to increase endurance.
• After training: 20–30 minutes in order to restore the heart rhythm.
• High-stress course: daily use during 1–2 months.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS!

• FCSs does not substitute drug therapy! FSC devices are neither medicines nor medical devices!
• In case of severe pathologies, a doctor's supervision is required.

• Individual adaptation: timing could be corrected depending on the organism sensitivity.
• Brakes: 1–2 weeks pause is recommended after 2–3 months of continues use.

Scheme example:

• Morning: Put FSC at the heart area for 30 minutes + informatized water.
• Day: Carry FSC in the pocket during 1–2 hours + informatized water.
• Evening: Application before going to sleep during 20 minutes + informatized water.

       Permanent or course use is recommended for lasting results (not less than 3–4 cycles a year).

• Always follow drinking regimen, it is not good to carry correctors at/with yourself in following cases:
  • If you have an electrocardiostimulator (pacemaker) installed, you cannot wear a FSC in the direct projection of the heart, because it will shorten the accumulator lifetime.
  • During surgical operations with anesthesia, because anesthesia may not work.
  • When doing electrophysiological examinations (ECG, EEG, etc.), so as not to affect the results of the study.
  • In case of acute surgical diseases requiring immediate surgical assistance.
  • In case of stones presence in the internal organs (especially in the gallbladder) it is necessary to use FSCs carefully, carry them not all the time, but in doses.
  • It is not recommended to use correctors if you have had an organ transplant, as FSC helps restore immunity, which can lead to organ rejection.

SERIES «U» USING RECOMMENDATIONS:

1. Use FSC as a stand for a glass (volume), into which you pour clean water. In several seconds the water will be ready for use.
2. Follow adequate clean drinking water intake regimen. VHO recommendation is 30-40 milliliters per each kino of body weight a day. The volume may be corrected depending on individual recommendations, weather conditions and the region of stay.
3. Carrying at the body (applications, plasters, bandages with FCS) are posing local effect at the organism. Apply the device directly to the organ or its external projection for 10-15 minutes. Methodic: easy fixation with cotton fabric. Important! There should be no squeezing and the limbs pinching effect.
   Application areas: kidney projection (lower ribs at the back), suprapubic zone (bladder), lumbosacral region. Duration: 20-40 minutes, frequency 1-2 times a day, in the acute period — every hour.
4. With the help of FSC technology do structure enrichment of various remedies (drops, herbal teas, etc.) and use them in prophylaxis purposes in accordance with the profile specialists’ recommendations. Put or place a flask (glass) at the FSC for several minutes. You are welcomed to open the lid for the process speeding up.
5. Integration into comprehensive therapy. The use of specialized medicines and remedies in combination with rehabilitation techniques allows: to accelerate recovery after injuries and operations, to enhance the effect of physiotherapy and physical therapy, to reduce the drug burden on the organism. Constant use of plates without time restrictions is possible, at that periodical change of their position is recommended.

Use FSCs to improve rehabilitation programs effectiveness:

1. Integration into complex rehabilitation programs: combining with kinesiotherapy and physical therapy, use in manual therapy and massage.
2. Physiotherapy: Put FSC at the device body. During electrophoresis use preliminary structured solutions for the sake of effectiveness increase.
3. Physical therapy: fix FSC at the lower abdomen or lower back (depending on the condition and disease) or at your hand.  
4. Special methods. In case of cystitis: do warm sedentary baths with structured water, applications at the lower abdomen. In case of pyelonephritis: increase water load, do kidney area warming up. In case of urolithiasis: gradual increase of water intake, combination with diuretic herbs.

6. Additional recommendations. Combine FSC use with the diet (salt and protein restriction), alkaline drinking for urolithiasis, thermal procedures (according to indications), avoid hypothermia during the course, monitor diuresis and water balance.
